Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only finalized when:

• Availability of hotels and transport is verified by our operations team.
• Any required initial deposits are processed securely.

3. Secure URL Integrity

To protect your travel details, we utilize SHA-256 Reference Hashing. You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate package identifiers in the URL.
• Bypass security filters implemented on our inquiry forms.
• Use automated scripts to scrape tour data from our secure platform.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted are subject to change based on seasonal availability and government tax regulations in Sri Lanka.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the specific terms of the hotels and service providers involved in your package. Generally:

• Cancellations 30+ days prior: Full refund (less administrative fees).
• Cancellations 14-29 days prior: 50% refund of the total package value.
• Cancellations within 14 days: Non-refundable.
